THANK YOU FOR THE BOOKS
We
heard through Pastor Don Romsa, Campus Ministry, Fresno,
that the people who attended the Sierra Pacific
Synod Assembly in May donated 2,328 books to the Central
Valley Book Bank.
The folks at the Book Bank were absolutely delighted and
said, "Because of the caring and compassionate spirit of the
people attending the Lutheran Assembly, literally hundreds of
children throughout Central California will be given the gift
of a book. This will have a tremendous impact on the
lives of these children for years to come! Thank
you!"
