Community Coordinator

Hours per week:   32

Salary range (depending on experience):  $25-$30 per hour

The Community Coordinator will be an ambassador both to our congregation and to the community. The Coordinator will be a key contributor to helping the ministry of Christ the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (CGS) by providing support to the heads of each of its ministries and to the Pastor.  To be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with members of the congregation and the public, be detail oriented to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly, correctly and on time, work independently, and be able to provide feedback on ways to improve our processes. The Community Coordinator reports directly to the Pastor and will be reviewed annually by the Pastor and Personnel Committee with input from the Executive Committee and members of the congregation.
